At Vloto, scheduling meetings across teams was a constant time sink. I built an AI assistant that analyzes inbox context via Microsoft Graph and books appointments automatically.
It predicts scheduling conflicts, suggests optimal time slots, and sends reminders to all participants. Handles 90% of complex scheduling scenarios correctly, cutting down the admin overhead significantly.
