House Scraper Platform
The Dutch rental market is brutal. Good apartments disappear within hours.
Instead of refreshing Funda all day, I built a Node.js scraper that monitors Funda, MVGM, VBO Verhuurders, and other major platforms every 10 minutes. It filters listings against my criteria and sends instant email notifications. I found my apartment in Amsterdam in 2 months, against an average of 8-12 months.
The platform runs 24/7 on my Raspberry Pi with anti-detection measures for continuous operation.
